Tony Ponzo was named Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and is responsible for the post-acquisition operating activity of past and newly acquired operating companies. 

He works closely with management teams to implement new business processes and identify investments and best practices that will drive future growth of their business units. 

Tony has experience in all facets of the mechanical service business, with 40+ years of service in the industry. Prior to Service Logic, Tony held roles at Midwest Mechanical (a Service Logic company) for over 20 years, where he served as president for the last eight years. Before being named president at Midwest Mechanical, Tony held a number of management roles in the organization that included business development director, general manager and senior vice president. Tony began his career in the field as a technician with Reedy Industries in Chicago, Illinois.
