Nationwide Leadership

As President of Strategic Accounts for our Nationwide Services group, Roger leads the team that manages commercial HVAC services for U.S.- and Canada-based companies. 

Roger is actively involved in business development and team growth. The ultimate goal for his team is to drive organic growth to all the Service Logic companies. Roger brings 30 years of sales, management and executive leadership experience to his role.

Prior to this role, Roger served as the senior vice president of Nationwide Services — and has overseen the growth of the entire Nationwide Services team since its inception.

Before joining Service Logic in 2017, Roger was employed for 11 years by Otis Elevator Company, an industry leader in the vertical transportation industry, as a senior manager of national accounts, managing its large multinational client base. Prior to that, Roger worked for the KONE Corporation for 11 years in various domestic sales and sales management roles. Roger began his career in advertising sales for a local radio/TV station in his home state of Kentucky.

Roger earned his bachelor's degree in communications and business from Georgetown College.
