Nationwide Leadership

Patrick brings over 30 years of experience in sales, mechanical services and general management to his role. 

As president of major capital projects, Patrick oversees the bidding and implementation of large-scale national project work that includes turnkey installations with design-build capabilities, from mechanical services to retrofit and new construction. Patrick also supports nationwide clients focused on energy conservation and green technology. 

Before joining Service Logic, Patrick owned Kerney & Associates — a commercial, mechanical and plumbing contractor serving southeastern Florida — from 1994 to 2017. Prior to Kerney & Associates, Patrick served as a foreman with Pipefitters Local Union 725, where he first became a journeyman through the Pipefitters Local 725 Apprenticeship program.
