Jeff Walling

As Director of Operations, Jeff is responsible for driving operational performance, enhancing customer service, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

 Jeff brings more than 18 years of experience in the construction and service industry. He began his career with Kiewit, gaining experience across business management, business development, mechanical field engineering, environmental project management, and estimating.  He joined Indoor Environmental Services (IES), a Service Logic company, in 2014 as a Project Manager, where he led projects from preconstruction through closeout. He later advanced to Service Operations Manager, overseeing the service division while helping drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development. Throughout his career, Jeff has partnered with private clients, municipalities, and state and federal agencies, and has supported organizations in securing state-funded project opportunities. 

In 2026, Jeff relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, to assume his current role with Service Logic Strategic Services, bringing his operational expertise and leadership experience to a broader national platform.

 Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Saint Mary’s College of California.
