Eric Berger

As Vice President of Major Projects, Eric develops customer-focused programs to execute large design-build MEP projects through our Service Logic business units. 

He leads the Major Projects team to develop programs for national account customers completing projects from sales & design initiation to close-out. The Major Project team is responsible for developing project solutions that fit the customer’s needs while supporting our business units’ offices in the execution. This approach offers a “single point of contact” for national design-build project management, streamlining coordination and simplifying issue resolution for customers. 

Eric brings over 14 years of experience in HVAC & MEP project / program management in his role. He joined Service Logic in January of 2021 as the Senior Program Manager responsible for developing the Major Project division. His role expanded into the VP of Major Projects as the division grew significantly. Before joining Service Logic, Eric was employed by Midwest Mechanical Group, a Service Logic business unit, and served as the Energy / Project Engineer responsible for energy analysis for new projects, sales & design support, and managing various projects. Prior to that, Eric worked at General Mills Inc, having various roles including managing facilities performance, the facilities capital budget and executing various MEP projects through hiring design-build contractors. 

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Iowa State University.
