As Vice President of Special Projects, Don leads a team focused on driving growth opportunities for Service Logic business units through strategic partnerships with equipment manufacturers, energy services companies and group purchasing organizations.

He also supports national account clients with energy conservation and sustainability objectives. Don brings over 30 years of experience in general management, operations leadership and sales leadership to his role. 

Prior to rejoining Service Logic in 2021, Don was vice president and general manager of services at Legrand, where he led a 120-person team supporting the design, installation and commissioning of building controls systems throughout the U.S. While at Legrand, he also led the development of new service offerings and revenue streams, including a factory-authorized service provider program and a remote operations center supporting internet-connected technologies. 

Earlier in his career, Don was general manager of one of Service Logic’s business units. Other experience includes Constellation, where Don was vice president of business development and helped grow the company’s energy services business from $30 million to $250 million. 

Don started his career with Johnson Controls as an owner direct sales engineer and grew into leadership roles, including branch manager, regional sales manager and regional service operations manager. 

Don earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University.
