Centralized Reporting and Oversight

Asset Inventory - Identifying and documenting a customer’s HVAC inventory is a critical element in driving reliable customer reporting and analytics.

  • The data collection process starts by photographing the HVAC equipment, documenting both the data tags and general condition of the units.

  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software will scan and decipher a legible data tag and its’ information. Captured information is uploaded as raw data into a sortable data table.


Centralized Call Center

Our National Call Center located in Charlotte, NC allows for customers to place a single call for any equipment related issues. Dispatching, coordination and reporting of the call request are performed by our staff. Real time and historical equipment information is retained on all portfolio activity allowing Service Logic to report on the health of a building or specific equipment.

For customers managing large complex portfolios, reducing the amount of invoicing can translate into sizeable savings.
