Tom Padilla

Chief Performance Officer & Executive Group President

Tom Padilla was named Chief Performance Officer & Executive Group President in 2024. 

Tom has 30+ years of experience in the building systems and services industry. In his role, Tom oversees all of business unit operations by leading and working closely with Group Presidents and business unit leaders to evaluate acquisition opportunities, spearhead strategic operations initiatives that drive organic growth, and providing support with yearly business planning and the associated strategies for business optimization.

Tom previously served as a Group President from 2020 to 2023. Prior to joining the Service Logic Corporate team, Tom was President of Tolin Mechanical Systems, a Service Logic-owned HVAC Service business based in Denver, Colorado, with seven branches and 300+ employees. Tom managed all day-to-day business functions and was a part of four acquisitions, ultimately growing the business by 40%. Prior to Tolin, Tom held various sales and management positions with SIEMENS Building Technologies and with SIEMENS Corporate. Tom worked in building automation leadership roles driving sales and growth for SIEMENS in the western half of the U.S. Tom has experience working in multiple vertical markets including industrial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, higher education, and owner-occupied office space.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
