Tobin leads Service Logic's mission to transform how the company harnesses its Data and AI – building the foundational capabilities that turn fragmented operational information into a strategic asset and power the company's value creation plan across every business unit. He works with corporate and business unit leadership across the portfolio to establish the unified, AI-ready platform needed to drive profitability, operational visibility, and scalable growth.

Tobin brings over two decades of experience partnering with executive teams to unlock transformational value through enterprise data platforms, modern engineering and agentic AI. His work spans some of the world's largest and most complex organizations – from aerospace and defense to telecommunications and precision manufacturing – consistently turning ambitious data and AI strategies into measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining Service Logic, he served as Vice President of Data, AI and Engineering at Evident Scientific, a Bain Capital portfolio company and world-leading manufacturer of precision instrumentation and inspection equipment, where he transformed a highly fragmented technology landscape into a single AI-ready backbone delivering intelligent margin, profitability, and operational insights. Before that, Tobin served as Vice President of Data, Artificial Intelligence and Automation at Lumen Technologies, where he unified fragmented enterprise systems into distributed cloud platforms powering real-time intelligence and AI automation across one of the world's largest fiber networks – spanning 400,000 route miles across 60+ countries – scaling data products and AI models into production that drove significant, measurable business impact. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Lockheed Martin and held Senior Executive Roles at Raytheon, building enterprise data foundations and engineering platforms across some of the most demanding environments in the aerospace and defense industry.

Tobin holds an MBA with dual specializations in Finance and Marketing, and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering. He is a Gartner Eye of Innovation Award recipient and a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives and boards on AI transformation, data governance, and digital modernization.
