Sivasankaran “Soma” Somasundaram

Soma Somasundaram was named Chief Executive Officer of Service Logic in 2026. 

 Soma brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across industrial services and manufacturing businesses. As Chief Executive Officer, Soma is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Service Logic, building on the Company's strong foundation of local empowerment and customer service while accelerating growth and capability development across the platform. A customer-first leader, Soma is focused on enabling and supporting the technicians and operators who are the heartbeat of the business.

Prior to Service Logic, Soma served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ChampionX Corporation, a global production and automation technologies company with more than 7,000 employees across 60 countries. He led ChampionX from its founding, which brought together Apergy and the upstream energy division of Ecolab, through its acquisition by SLB in 2025. Earlier, Soma spent 14 years at Dover Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in President and Chief Executive Officer of Dover Energy. He began his career at Baker Hughes, holding operational and general management roles across the United States, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.

Soma currently serves on the Boards of Lennox International (NYSE: LII) and Solstice Advanced Materials (NASDAQ: SOLS).

Soma earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University in Chennai, India.
