Scott Wulinsky was named Chief Financial Officer in 2019. 

Scott is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and risk management. Scott works closely with the deal teams on merger and acquisition activity. 

Prior to Service Logic, Scott served as chief accounting officer for Novolex, a private-equity-owned multinational flexible packaging company and, prior to that, as chief accounting officer of Affinia Group, a private-equity-owned global automotive aftermarkets parts manufacturer. Scott began his career in public accounting with PwC. After PwC, Scott held numerous finance positions at two publicly traded companies: CUNO and Duke Energy. 

Scott received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a CPA in the state of Connecticut.
