Saurabh Nitin was named Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer in 2026.

As Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Saurabh leads the company’s enterprise strategy and Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, he works closely with the Executive Leadership Team and leaders across the organization to shape Service Logic’s long-term strategy, advance key growth priorities, and drive disciplined execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. 

Saurabh brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience spanning corporate strategy, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise program management. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives, built and integrated high-performing organizations, and delivered significant shareholder value across public companies and global consulting firms.

Prior to joining Service Logic, Saurabh served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Development and Energy Transition at ChampionX, where he led enterprise strategy and corporate development and oversaw integration planning for the company’s acquisition by SLB. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Pall Corporation (Danaher), Kemira, Marsh & McLennan, and Boston Consulting Group.

Saurabh holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
