Nicole Bass was named Vice President of Talent Development in 2025
In her role, Nicole leads Service Logic’s enterprise-wide strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization. From field technicians to leadership teams, she oversees initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, support career growth, and build long-term workforce capability. This includes the continued expansion of SPAcademy, known internally as EDGE Academy, Service Logic’s Department of Labor-approved apprenticeship and continuing education platform.
Prior to joining the Service Logic Corporate team, Nicole served as the President of Service Professionals, which included SPGroup and SPAcademy—both acquired by Service Logic in 2025. Over the past decade, she has built a reputation for delivering high-impact development programs tailored to the commercial HVAC industry. Her work spans technician training, leadership development, peer group facilitation, and role-specific curriculum designed to elevate performance across every level of an organization.
Nicole holds a degree in International Business from Schiller International University in Paris, France. Before entering the HVAC industry, she played semi-professional basketball in France. Her experience as both a business leader and a team builder gives her a unique perspective on workforce development and employee engagement.
