Mike Clement was named Group President in 2025.
In his role as Group President at Service Logic, Mike supports the advancement and success of multiple business units across the West and Midwest regions, fostering collaboration and alignment among leaders throughout the organization. He works closely with local leadership teams to drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and best-practice sharing across Service Logic’s national platform.
Prior to assuming this role, Mike spent the majority of his career with Tolin Mechanical – one of Service Logic’s original business units – where he developed deep expertise across sales, operations, and executive leadership. Since joining Tolin in 2001 as a Project Sales Engineer following his graduation from Clarkson University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mike has held a variety of progressive roles leading up to his current position as Group President. In addition to his Service Logic responsibilities, Mike continues to guide Tolin’s long-term vision, strategy, and leadership development efforts.
