Chief Human Resources Officer

Meredith Thomas was named Chief Human Resources Officer in 2025.

Meredith leads the development and execution of our company-wide Human Resources (HR) strategy. This includes attracting and retaining talent, positioning our workforce for continued growth, and cultivating our team-focused culture across the Service Logic portfolio.

Meredith brings a wealth of experience in building and scaling HR functions within fast-growing international organizations. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Cirba Solutions where she was responsible for leading overall human resources strategy, leadership development, organizational design, compensation, benefits, human resources technology and employee relations. Her prior leadership roles span several other organizations, including TC Transcontinental and Oldcastle. Meredith’s proven track record and strategic insight is instrumental in aligning HR initiatives across Service Logic’s ever-growing portfolio and in supporting our high-performing workforce.

Meredith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Throughout her career she has been an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, where she’s held various positions in the New Jersey, Philadelphia and Chicago chapters.
