Julia Wright

Julia Wright was named Chief Legal Officer in 2026.

As Chief Legal Officer, Julia leads the company’s legal function and serves as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and business units. She is responsible for corporate governance, enterprise risk management, compliance, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial legal matters, with a focus on providing practical counsel that supports Service Logic’s continued growth and long-term strategic priorities.

Julia brings more than 20 years of legal and executive leadership experience advising senior leadership teams and Boards, leading complex transactions, and building legal and compliance functions that enable businesses to grow. She has extensive experience across corporate governance, public company readiness, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise risk management, commercial transactions, compliance, litigation, and international operations.

 Prior to joining Service Logic, Julia served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of ChampionX Corporation, where she was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and advised the Board and senior leadership on strategic, governance, risk, and operational matters. During her tenure, she helped lead several significant periods of transformation, including the spin-off of a 3,000-employee company from Dover Corporation, the development of the legal function for the newly listed public company, and the acquisition and integration of Ecolab’s upstream and midstream chemicals business.

Previously, Julia held senior legal leadership roles with Nabors Drilling and Tesco Corporation, supporting global operations, complex M&A and integration efforts, and a broad range of commercial and strategic matters. She began her legal career practicing corporate securities and M&A with Baker McKenzie and Vinson & Elkins.

Julia earned her J.D. from Fordham Law School, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University.
