Jonathan Cauthen

Jonathan Cauthen joined Service Logic as Vice President of Procurement in 2026.

Jonathan Cauthen serves as Vice President of Procurement for Service Logic, where he leads the company’s procurement strategy and is responsible for building and developing procurement capabilities across the organization. In this newly created role, Jonathan is focused on establishing scalable processes, strengthening supplier partnerships, and building a modern procurement function designed to support Service Logic’s continued growth.

Jonathan brings more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning procurement, sourcing, supplier management, account management, and operational strategy. Throughout his career, he has focused on driving enterprise value, improving processes, building high-performing teams, and developing capabilities that help organizations scale and operate more effectively.

Prior to joining Service Logic, Jonathan held procurement and sourcing leadership roles with Genuine Parts Company, where he led strategic initiatives, developed supplier strategies, negotiated complex agreements, and partnered across functions to support business priorities and operational performance. Earlier in his career, Jonathan held account management roles with ConAgra Brands, where he built customer relationships and supported business growth initiatives. 

Jonathan is passionate about developing talent, strengthening partnerships, and building organizations that create long-term value. Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical approach to problem solving, he believes strong relationships, accountability, and continuous improvement are foundational to long-term success. 

Jonathan earned his MBA from the University of Georgia and his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
