Eric Bolin

Eric Bolin was named Group President in 2026.  

In this role, Eric leads and collaborates directly with our Building Automation Systems (BAS) business units and divisions, working closely with their respective leadership teams to collectively develop and execute our BAS strategy. He promotes coordination and collaboration across all Service Logic entities, encompassing both independent and dedicated standalone BAS businesses as well as embedded BAS operations. BAS is a crucial contributor to Service Logic's success and a significant driver of growth and customer retention. 

Eric has 30+ years of experience in the energy, HVAC and contracting industries. He has extensive knowledge working with building owners on operational strategies (energy/utility cost management, mechanical systems operation and maintenance, etc.) to improve overall HVAC efficiency and operating cost structure. Previously, Eric worked in the electric utility industry along with a leading HVAC OEM and a privately owned mechanical contractor. He joined Service Logic in 2022 as our Vice President of Talent Development and Training, then he was named Senior Vice President of Building Automation Systems in 2025. In both roles, Eric was instrumental in developing our platform-wide strategy. 

Eric has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and North Carolina and a Certified Energy Manager and holds his Electrical Contractor and General Contractor licenses in South Carolina.
