Eric Bolin joined Service Logic in 2022 as Vice President of Talent Development and Training. 

In this role, he leads creative efforts and financial investments in training and development programs. Eric leverages the size and scale of Service Logic to support the development of employees through skilled trades technical education, leadership and core skills development, and facilitating collaborative peer group engagements. 

Eric has 30+ years of experience in the energy, HVAC and contracting industries. He has extensive knowledge working with building owners on operational strategies (energy/utility cost management, mechanical systems operation and maintenance, etc.) to improve overall HVAC efficiency and operating cost structure. Previously, Eric has worked with Duke Energy, Trane and MSS Solutions. 

Eric has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and North Carolina and a Certified Energy Manager and holds his Electrical Contractor and General Contractor licenses in South Carolina.
