Casey Boers

Casey Boers was appointed Group President in 2026.

Casey's career in the industry spans more than four decades, beginning in 1984 when he joined Naylor Building Partnerships (A Service Logic Company) in the field. Through a series of progressively senior leadership roles, he developed extensive operational, technical, and business expertise, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer prior to Naylor's acquisition by Service Logic in February 2025. Following the acquisition, Casey was named President of Naylor Building Partnerships, where he continues to lead one of Canada's premier mechanical service organizations.

In his expanded role as Group President, Casey will continue leading Naylor while also serving as a key member of Service Logic's corporate leadership team. As the company continues to grow its presence across Canada, he will play an instrumental role in supporting Canadian acquisition strategy, integrating new business units, and partnering with leaders across the organization to drive operational excellence, share best practices, and accelerate long-term growth.

Casey is a licensed HVAC professional and earned his Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. His unique combination of hands-on field experience, operational leadership, and strategic business expertise makes him exceptionally well positioned to support Service Logic's continued expansion throughout Canada.
