In 2018, Bill Valus was named Group President, where he oversees various operating units that Service Logic has acquired from the Washington, D.C., area to Boston’s North Shore. 

He works with the leaders at each location to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive high standards and future growth. Bill also seeks to identify prospective acquisition candidates in the Northeast to serve as stand-alone business units or to be integrated into other Service Logic locations. 

Bill started his career in HVAC in 1988 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University. He began working at ENCON Heating & Air Conditioning, where he became an expert in the trade and quickly worked his way to various leadership roles in sales, installation and service. Bill became a co-owner of ENCON in 2007. 

Bill grew the business to 230 employees while maintaining the company’s profitability and outstanding reputation in Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. Service Logic purchased ENCON in 2016. After transitioning out of his leadership role at ENCON, Bill joined the Service Logic corporate leadership team, helping to expand their footprint throughout the Northeast region.
